5 portions of fruit and vege in daily meal
Has been reading a book which talking about healty nutrition. And the most basic rule is to have 5 portions of different fruits or vegetables in daily meal.I have started trying to compliance to this since Monday but till now still cannot be 100% compliance yet.
Monday - Banana + apple + four season beans
Tuesday - Banana + potato (is this considered as vege?) + brocolli + lady's finger + guava + sawi (1 star because I passed :D)
Wednesday - Banana + lady's finger + 苦瓜 ... more to go before i sleep :D.....
